Financial Information

This is considered an Exchange program. You will continue to pay Butler University tuition for your semester abroad, instead of the tuition cost listed on the university’s website. Additionally, you will receive 100% of your federal financial aid and 100% of your Butler University institutional aid and scholarships for your semester abroad. You will be billed through your Butler student account for your Butler tuition, a Fairview double, a 300 Block Meal Plan, the activity fee, as well as the study abroad fee (current tuition & fee costs can be found here).

Additional ISEP fees include: ISEP application fee, ISEP placement fee, ISEP health insurance (required), etc.

**These above-stated policies may be different for tuition remission, tuition exchange, Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program, and petition program students. Please check with Financial Aid for more information.**

Application Instructions

As a Butler University student, you will simultaneously apply directly with ISEP, as well as complete this secondary application with the Center for Global Education (CGE) for your top-choice program. You can start the CGE’s application by clicking Apply Now at the top of this page; log in with your Butler username and password. Should you apply for/get into another program that you’d prefer, just let the CGE know and they’ll switch your completed application into the correct program.

All pre-decision materials must be completed in this online application system by the deadline listed on this application.

Please remember that Exchanges are not guaranteed placements! ISEP will do their best to place you at your preferred university, but cannot guarantee that your top choice will be available. Once you have been placed, you will receive additional instructions from ISEP on how to apply for the university at which you are placed.
